I completely understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, your $50 deposit can be transferred as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules made within 48 hours will forfeit the $50 deposit. Same-day cancellations with notice will be charged 50% of the quoted service to the card on file. No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the quoted service to the card on file. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations often leave me unable to fill that time.
